Our lowest level of care, the outpatient program (OP), is ideal for individuals who need ongoing support but can manage their daily lives in the community. This program involves regular therapy sessions and check-ins, usually once or twice a week, allowing individuals to maintain their work or school commitments while undergoing treatment.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step up from regular outpatient care, delivering a higher level of support. It involves more frequent sessions, typically three to five times per week, and often includes group therapy. This program is suitable for individuals who require more intensive support but do not need round-the-clock care.
Our highest level of care, the partial hospitalization program (PHP), is aimed at individuals who need a structured and intensive treatment environment without requiring full inpatient hospitalization. Participants in this program receive full-day treatment, most days a week, providing a comprehensive approach to recovery. This program serves as a bridge between inpatient care and lower levels of outpatient care, allowing individuals to gradually reintegrate into their community.
